Characteristics of Carlos I Brandy:
Brandy obtained from holandas, low alcohol spirit distilled from wine (65º), after a special alquitar distillation of selected, healthy and balanced wines. The production and ageing process features a special and careful assembly of different holandas and the previous use of Amontillado and Oloroso sherry wines for ageing in American oak casks, based on the traditional dynamic Criaderas and Soleras ageing system. Guaranteed Age: Over 10 years.
Appearance: deep amber colour with golden highlights.
Aroma: intense well-balanced Brandy aroma of a well distilled product, enriched by hints of vanilla, tobacco and pastry.
Taste: Broad, deep and persistent taste, with balanced after-aroma sensations. Moderately sweet and elegant taste. To be kept: as a general rule, in a well-ventilated and cool place.
