BELLY TUNA FILLETS WITH PEAS AND RED PEPPER IN OLIVE OIL.

The ventresca (belly tuna) is, the area around the belly of the tuna, is a particularly juicy tuna as it is marbled fat thread. This is a preserved over the new line of prepared meals that has launched the canning company from Barbate, in Cádiz, Andalucia. The ventreca is cooked, add peas and red peppers and everything gets in olive oil. You simply open _and  enjoy a delicious salad.
