PRODUCTION AREA : Harvested in the Northern district, Finca Vista Hermosa (Fuente de Piedra). TYPE OF WINE Fine, sweet Pedro Ximenez liqueur wine made with young wines from naturally sweet sun dried grapes and old “oloroso” wines.
WINE MAKING PROCESS: Oxidative maturing: 24 months in American oak barrels.
TASTING ANALYSIS:Dark mahogany in the glass with a purplish-blue edge, clean and brilliant. Aromas from its maturity and Pedro Ximenez grape variety. In the mouth tasty, sweet and elegant.
SERVING TEMPERATURE : 6º – 8º C.
