JAREL NATURALMENTE DULCE
ELABORATION:
It is obtained after a process of pre drying the grapes in the sun. The controlled fermentation of the grape juice naturally produces its alcoholic content.
TASTING NOTES:
Of brilliant yellow color with golden reflexes.
The bouquet consists of various aromas,( citrous), that along with mature white fruit more complex aspects appear, due to the predrying and the method of making (musk, honey, raisins, etc...) this wine. The taste is of sweetness and acidity in balance with each other and a certain spiciness.
This wine is a young wine and is best drunk as such, in order to best experience its lasting taste and its typical fruity fragrances.
COMBINATION:
Drink as an aperitif, with blue cheese, marzipan and stuffed pastries, or as a dessert wine.
TEMPERATURE:
Serve between 10 and 12ºC.
