Its quality has been demonstrated in various important competitions of cheese makers from Andalusia. The traditional method used in its production and a good raw material are the key of this successful product of the Guadalhorce Valley.
It is ideal as an aperitif or as a dessert and it goes very well with red or dry white wine.
