Acorn Iberican Bondiola Ibéricos Aro
The bondiola is made by hand, from the loin of Iberian pig, which cleaned of fat and aliñamos. After a few days of maceration are stuffed into natural casings.
The healing process is extended for six months or so, after which are mildly smoked with oak wood and local herbs and proceed to select one by one to determine which are ready to be packaged.
