- 12 months of ageeing "sur lie" with "batonnage" in French oak barrels.
COLOUR:
- purple red.
NOSE:
- Intense balsamic aromas (Eucaliptus, pennyroyal, incense, iodine, sage) and Chinese ink.
MOUTH:
- Laurel and liquorice. Intensely fresh and very powerful. Balsamic, voluminous and lengthy finish, with background and black chocolate.
