ELABORATION:
It is obtained after a process of fermentation at a controlled temperature. So that the typical fragrances of this variety have been preserved.
TASTING NOTES:
Of a pale straw colour, the bouquet is remeniscent of various aromas (citrous), a combination of floral aspects with a freshness typical of the young wines.The taste confirms the bouquet. It will surprise for its freshness, its mineral notes and its aromatic potential.It is a young wine and can be drunk immediately in order to experience to the maximum its liveliness and its characteristic fruity aromas.
COMBINATION:
It will accompany very well a dinner of fish and seafood.
TEMPERATURE:
Serve between 7 and 10ºC.
