Extra virgin olive oil obtained by cold extraction between 23ºC and 25ºC, made from Manzanilla Aloreña (D.O.C) and Hojiblanca olives.
Molisur's extra virgin olive oil is an intense green colour, fruity with aromas of tomato plants, apples, freshly cut grass and almond bugs. But what makes it different is its perfect balance between bitterness and sharpness, giving it a light and pleasant flavour.
Best eaten with raw products (salads, bread, raw vegetables, etc.). You can also use it for fish or meat cooked in the steam, in the grill or in the oven, always adding olive oil at the end so that it does not lose any of its properties.
Store away from light in a cool, dry place.
