Tío Pepe, produced by González Byass in Jerez de la Frontera (Cádiz), is one of the most famous sherries in the world.
Tio Pepe is made from Palomino grapes.
The grapes are gently crushed to obtain the first pressing. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
Serve at 14ºC
