ORGANIC WHITE TUNA. CONSERVAS ORTIZ

Albacore tuna, known as white tuna, is the most prized tuna for its texture and flavour. 

Conservas Ortiz's white tuna is caught by rod, one at a time, respecting traditional fishing methods. It is then preserved in a traditional way with organic extra virgin olive oil.

White Tuna is an oily fish full of health benefits, due to its content of OMEGA 3 fatty acids and vitamins A and D. It is also a source of protein.

Recommendations:

- Once the canned fish has been opened, it is recommended to keep it in the fridge, submerged in olive oil and covered.

- We recommend tasting it with Flor Floris white wine from the Pérez Hidalgo winery.
