ALOREÑAS SPILT OLIVES

The olive "Manzanilla Aloreña" is an autochthonous products of the valleyof Guadalhorce. The olive possess special qualities. due basically to the climate of the area, the characteristic of the earth, and the east wind. It has a unique taste due to the texture and the bone, which permits the flesh to detach easily  from the bone while eating it.

The olives are prepared with natural products in a traditional way it was elaborated from our forbear: pepper, garlic, laurel, marjoram and aromatic herbs. The olives included in the Mediterranean diet are recommended for aperitifs, tapas and go accompanied to our exquisite Spanish wine.
