Cured goat cheese by La Hortelana is made of milk from free-range goats from Coin, Málaga. Its quality has been demonstrated in various important competitions of cheese makers from Andalusia. The traditional method used in its production and a good raw material are the key of this successful product of the Guadalhorce Valley.
It is ideal as an aperitif or as a dessert. It pairs very well with red,sweet or dry white wine.
